what I do, since I can’t really mount the ac, is to find a table about the height of the bottom of a window, if it kinda tilts (and make sure it doesn’t tilt because ac’s can leak if not level) add some sturdy boxes and books and make sure the ac is level. then place the ac on the table/books/boxes etc and vent the hot air from the back of the ac out the window, and be secure to secure the sides with the window wings
